775 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 775 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services provided by 775.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 775 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 775 platform or its services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 775 as the platform provider. Acceptance takes effect when you tick the agreement box during new account registration, or when you continue using the platform after any updates to these terms.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Use of the 775 platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 775 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 775. Attempts to open multiple accounts by the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any funds held within them frozen pending investigation. Account registration requires accurate and complete personal information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 775 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 775 support team.
All communications between your device and 775's servers are protected by SSL encryption. That said, the security of your password remains your personal responsibility. You are advised to use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect any compromise to your account security, contact 775 customer support immediately.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers
- Personal identification details provided during registration must be accurate
- Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal
- Report any unauthorised access to 775 support immediately
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
As a 775 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You may not use this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that violates the law.
The following are strictly prohibited on the 775 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or registering using a false identity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems or games
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Transferring funds between user accounts without 775's authorisation
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through unauthorised methods
- Operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation
775 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure, balance holds, or legal action — if any of the above prohibitions are breached.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 775 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. 775 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge any currency conversion fees.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. However, 775 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers or your bank.
Withdrawals require full account identity verification before they can be processed. Once verification is complete, withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. 775 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if fraud is suspected or if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
Any transaction errors resulting from incorrect bank account details entered by the user are entirely the user's responsibility. 775 will make reasonable efforts to assist in such cases but cannot guarantee recovery of affected funds.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
775 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any stated terms, engaged in fraud, or conducted activities harmful to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation.
Limitation of Liability
775 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond 775's control. 775's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount directly involved in the transaction related to that incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 775 platform — including text, images, logos, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 775. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission from 775.
Third-Party Links
The 775 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 775 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
775 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, along with the most recent effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the current terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact 775 support to formally close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 775 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures prescribed under Malaysian law.
